has become a key player in the field of recycling,
of the manufacture of pallets, management of wood waste by shredding,
of the recovery and distribution of packaging products and storage.
It employs 20 people for a turnover of 8M€.
For our development, we are looking for for our site of Brazey-en-Plaine (21):

You will be responsible for daily relations with customers and also with
suppliers. You will provide operational, commercial and administrative support,
mainly to technical sales representatives and internal departments. You will manage
all operations that precede, accompany and follow sales.

Missions :

- Sales support: Managing sales from orders to deliveries,
settling claims related to after-sales service, preparing or drawing up commercial proposals,
writing price offers, drawing up quotations, ensuring customer relations, preparing commercial files
prior to contacts and appointments of sales representatives, Organizing internal meetings,
preparing the agenda, writing minutes

- Administrative support to technical sales representatives: create and open accounts
for new customers, update and close customer files, manage
invoices and collections in conjunction with the accounting department

- Customer data management: feeding and updating the customer and prospect database, filing,
archiving files and documents, preparing management charts (sales forecasts, completed sales,
not concluded, etc.), monitoring the evolution of objectives,
preparing and analyzing sales statistics

- Support for technical sales representatives in purchasing
and supplier relations

Experience and training required:
Bac + 2 recommended in secretarial or commercial
- Significant experience (3 years minimum) in an industrial field with
a professional clientele (BtoB)

Skills required:
- Commercial and sales administration techniques
- Good command of English and ideally German
- Good command of computer tools (Internet, e-mail)
and office automation (Pack Office)
- Good knowledge of commercial management software: CRM and ERP

Full-time position to be filled as soon as possible

You will report to the director and the sales manager but will manage your
portfolio independently from our office ideally located in the
German-French-Swiss cross-border area (periphery of Basel).

Missions:

- Development of a professional customer portfolio in the defined geographical area
(Grand Est, Germany, Switzerland): identification of
new business opportunities, prospecting (search) for new customers,
development of customer loyalty for existing customers in the sector,
follow-up of predefined sales objectives
- Sales: analysis of the customer's needs, translation of the
customer's specificationsto the internal technical services,adapted technical-commercial proposal
(feasibility, planning and costs), negotiation, follow-up of the customer satisfaction after delivery
- Management of customer complaints (on its portfolio)
- Involvement to the company's commercial policy: strategic watch,
commercial action plans, elaboration of the goods and services offer,
development of new products

Experience and training required:

Minimum 2 years of higher education, such as BTS or DUT, in a technical field or
technical-commercial
- Significant commercial experience (3 years minimum) in an industrial field
with professional customers (BtoB)

Skills required:
- Commercial techniques (canvassing, negotiation, sales, quotations, etc.)
- Good command of computer tools (Pack Office and ERP software) and communication tools
- Administrative management skills.
- German and English required or native German speaker with a
very good command of French and professional English
- Holder of a driving licence
